TREASURER’S WORKSHOP
Registration: 8:45 – 9:00AM
Workshop: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
The annual NWOEA Treasurers’ Workshop is designed to assist new and veteran local association treasurers to better understand the duties of their office, but other local officers may also attend. OEA Treasurer Mark Hill will be the facilitator for this workshop. Attendance at an OEA sanctioned Treasurers’ Workshop is a requirement for the OEA Fiscal Fitness Award, and the workshop must be attended by the local treasurer or, in the case of continuing recognition, another officer can attend. A drawing will be held, and OEA will pay the OEA portion of the unified dues for two lucky attendees.
Attendance at the Treasurers’ Workshop will count as one of the
attendance requirements for the 2020-2021 PR Grant.
Registration Deadline is Tuesday, July 13, 2021.

PRESIDENT’S WORKSHOP
Registration: 11:15-11:30 AM
Workshop: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
OEA Presidents will learn skills that empower them to develop, implement and monitor the strategies needed to create and maintain a relevant, visible, and thriving local association; empower them to identify and motivate a pipeline of diverse leaders; assess their individual leadership profile and consider how that profile connects to the structure and work of their local association; identify their leadership values and consider how to inspire others to join them in leadership; what it means to be an “OEA leader” of the 21st century.
Attendance at the President’s Workshop will count as one of the
attendance requirements for the 2020-2021 PR Grant.
