NWOEA CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS COMMITTEE
The Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall interpret the Constitution and Bylaws subject to review by the Board of Directors. The Committee will insure that the NWOEA Constitution and Bylaws are in compliance with those of OEA and NEA.

The Convention Planning Committee shall arrange for the physical facilities of the Representative Assembly including provision of working space for the Nominating and Elections, Resolutions, and Credentials Committees.

The Credentials Committee shall be responsible for verifying the credentials of all delegates to the Representative Assembly.

The Fund-Raising Committee’s responsibilities include raising the funds that are to be used by NWOEA candidates aspiring for OEA or NEA offices.
